Unfortunately if you've reached this page your problem is a serious enough one to think about contacting Zynga.
A few things to note first. They'll want you to do the basic housekeeping, so try this first.
The guys on Support are not technicians, although they can fix some things, it's not in their power to fix everything, so if you get a default response or an answer to "wait", it's not their fault. CS will help you as much as they're able, but some things are above their grade.
Be polite, it's not their fault. They haven't designed the game, changed the game or in any way decided the direction the game is going. They're there to help. Firing off nasty emails, swearing etc simply isn't worth it, all your doing is abusing someone who is trying to help, and is probably as frustrated as you are.
